Pei-Hua Yu is a journalist covering energy transition and Chinese investment and infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia. She is also tracking the situation in Myanmar, where the military ousted the elected government in February 2021. She writes for publications around the world from Taiwan. Her works have appeared in South China Morning Post, Energy Observer (China), The Reporter and Caixin Media, amongst others. She was previously based in Beijing, Hong Kong and Yangon.
