Eva Kagiri-Kalanzi is an international development expert. Educated as an Environmental Engineer, she has implemented international development programmes in Climate Change, Energy, Food Security and Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy. Her work in Energy and Climate Change has encompassed planning and implementing both grassroot and private sector initiatives. She is also an expert in capacity development, specifically in innovation and energy. She is currently supporting GIZ in implementing capacity development for innovators and young journalists as part of the Ethiopia – German Energy Cooperation Programme.
